During our digital brand audit one of the gap’s in the market we quickly identified was social. No electricity company in Northern Ireland actively used social to promote and engage with their customers. We proposed an engagement strategy that would not only cement Click Energy’s social profile, but actually develop the brand’s personality in line with the corporate objectives of the company.

They are approachable and their TOV on social media delivers another channel for engagement. We undertook staff training for Facebook and Twitter and quickly generated the kind of engagement that many other’s are now following.
We utilise social activity, promotional competitions, memes, virals and videos interlinked with Click Energy corporate messages to engage directly with their key demographic.
